Do you want to lose a few extra pounds and tone your body? You can start by walking, gradually progressing to brisk walking. Walk at least 3 times a week for 40-50 minutes. Remember that the body starts to burn fat after 30 minutes of exercise, so shorter training sessions will not reduce body weight.
