The Journal of Laws published an ordinance under which persons crossing the Polish-Ukrainian border due to an armed conflict will be released from the obligation to undergo quarantine and present a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result.

The regulation entered into force today."People crossing the border of the Republic of Poland with Ukraine due to an armed conflict on the territory of this country are exempt from the quarantine obligation" with the published regulation of the Council of Ministers on this matter.

It is about the government's amended ordinance establishing certain restrictions, orders and bans in connection with the state of the epidemic.

The introduced changes were justified by the need to ensure smooth movement of people who will cross the Polish-Ukrainian border in connection with leaving the territory of Ukraine.
