The processed diet is a slimming treatment in which all types of homemade preserves dominate, including the sweetest ones, such as jams, preserves and marmalades. They are an excellent source of fiber, which swells, gives a feeling of fullness, which promotes the weight loss process. We suggest how to arrange a sample menu in a processed diet.

The menu in the processed dietis based on homemade preserves that taste much better than those from the store. All thanks to the fact that they do not contain preservatives or chemical sweeteners and are prepared on the basis of fresh vegetables and fruits of the best quality.

Process diet - menu. Day 1

  • breakfast: dietary omelette with bran and oatmeal (100 g) with plum jam (2 teaspoons), a cup of cereal coffee with milk
  • 2nd breakfast: shashlik with strawberries and mozzarella
  • dinner: pickled beetroot borscht (250 ml)
  • afternoon tea: cake with dried cranberries (50 g)
  • dinner: dietary linseed pancakes with 2 tablespoons of cherry jam, red tea (250 ml)

Process diet - menu. Day 2

  • breakfast: 2 slices of crispbread with strawberry jam, a glass of tea with lemon
  • 2nd breakfast: 3-4 dried apricots
  • dinner: white sausage with red onion jam
  • afternoon tea: 3 dried plums
  • dinner: potato and cauliflower salad with pickled tomatoes (100 g)

Process diet - menu. Day 3

  • breakfast: porridge (50 g) with the addition of two tablespoons of cherry jam with almonds roasted in caramel
  • 2nd breakfast: 15 g of dried bananas
  • dinner: dumplings with blueberries (previously frozen) with a spoon of honey, green tea
  • afternoon tea: lemon jelly with homemade raspberry juice (250 ml)
  • dinner: apple

Process diet - menu. Day 4

  • breakfast: two scrambled eggs with sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2nd breakfast: 20 g of dried apples
  • lunch: meatballs (100 g) with raspberry-tomato jam with basil
  • afternoon tea: 3 dried apricots
  • dinner: cream pudding (100 g) with homemade raspberry juice (10 ml)

Process diet - menu. Day 5

  • breakfast: dietary omelette with peach jam, tea with raspberry juice
  • 2nd breakfast: 3 dried pineapple slices
  • lunch: rice casserole with strawberries
  • afternoon tea: raspberry and currant jelly (50 g)
  • dinner: a slice of crispbread smeared with apricot jam (2 teaspoons)

Process diet - menu. Day 6

  • breakfast: 2 slices of crispbread, 2 slices of lean white cheese, strawberry jam with green pepper (2 teaspoons)
  • 2nd breakfast: 20 g of dried pears
  • lunch: tomato puree soup (250 ml) with white rice (10 g)
  • afternoon tea: vanilla pudding (100 g) with homemade raspberry juice (10 ml)
  • dinner: dietary omelette based on oatmeal and wheat bran (50 g) with apricot jam (2 teaspoons)

Process diet - menu. Day 7

  • breakfast: pancake with 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam with kiwi
  • 2nd breakfast: baked apple, green tea (250 ml)
  • dinner: cabbage soup made on homemade sauerkraut (250 ml)
  • afternoon tea: raisin cake (dried grapes)
  • dinner: dietary linseed pancakes with apple puree, a glass of green tea
