The study of a live drop of blood under a microscope is a study used by advocates of alternative treatments. In their opinion, examining a live drop of blood allows you to find the causes of ailments, such as e.g. allergies, chronic fatigue, headaches or being overweight. The microscopic examination of a live blood drop is to detect the presence of parasite eggs, bacteria, toxins and other substances in the body that adversely affect its functioning. Find out what a microscopic examination of a live blood drop is and whether it is reliable.

The study of live blood dropunder the microscope is one of the most popular studies promoted by advocates of alternative treatments. The aim of the test is to find the causes of ailments, such as sleep disorders, headaches, hair loss, decreased immunity, allergies, chronic fatigue, anemia, underweight or obesity.

The microscopic examination of a live blood drop should allow to assess the acid-base balance of the body, the risk of the occurrence or advancement of mycosis, as well as the detoxification capacity of the body. In addition, it is supposed to allow the assessment of the toxic overload of individual organs, whether the immune system is working properly, and even to determine how quickly the body ages.

Testing a live blood drop - what is it?

The blood sample is taken from the fingertip. Then a fresh drop of blood - without staining or fixing (as in the case of traditional blood sampling) - is examined under a phase contrast microscope, which, using a variety of ways of refraction of light, makes the image seen very clear. Then the blood is analyzed, which usually takes several minutes.

Access to the blood picture is available not only to the examiner, but also to the patient. He gets the result of the blood analysis after the analysis is completed, and also - if there are any irregularities - the treatment plan.

Live blood drop test - norms and results

The microscopic examination of a live drop of bloodis not a real examination, therefore no top-down standards have been established, and thus - it is not possible to objectively assess the patient's he alth, from which the drop of blood was taken.

The interpretation of his state of he alth belongs to the person who examines the blood sample underneathmicroscope, and it is subjective. It is true that the appearance of blood counts (their number, size, shape) can be assessed from the blood drop, but on this basis one can only draw some conclusions about the he alth condition, but no diagnosis can be made.

However, supporters of the microscopic examination of a live flower drop claim that it allows for an unequivocal determination of the state of he alth. In their opinion, this study is, inter alia, the most effective method of detecting parasite eggs and larvae in human blood (e.g. human roundworm, lamblia or tapeworm). It also allows you to detect the presence of bacteria in the blood, candida fungi, detect the lack of digestive enzymes, and even the disturbance of blood pH.

Important

Testing a live blood drop is bullshit

The microscopic examination of a live blood drop is not an examination. Mie is recognized by conventional medicine and doctors do not order such tests. There is no scientific evidence to prove its effectiveness. This is a pseudoscientific test that has no diagnostic value.

Proponents of alternative methods argue that thanks to the test they can detect bacteria in the blood. The presence of bacteria in the blood indicates bacteremia, which can develop into sepsis, which is a medical emergency and requires immediate medical attention.

It is impossible to see if there are acid crystals in the blood in microscopic examination, as the proponents of this study argue. Parasite eggs, let alone the parasites themselves, cannot be found in the blood. These are not present in the blood, but in the intestines, and the test to detect them is a stool test for parasites. The blood that looks for antigens and antibodies produced by the body in response to parasitic invasions, not the parasites themselves.

Moreover, in case of any irregularities, supporters of alternative methods recommend taking "medications" prescribed by them. Taking them can have dire consequences, especially if the patient is really struggling with some disease and is already using other medications.
