You can do ABT exercises at home without any problems. Turn on your favorite energetic music, then weave a few sports figures into it, e.g.

  • do 30 sit-ups: lie on your back with your legs bent at the knees and your head resting on your hands - slowly raise and lower your torso - repeat the series 3 times
  • do 30 squats: stand slightly apart, stretch your arms in front of you (at shoulder height), then slowly squat and stand up - repeat the series 3 times
  • lie on your back and do 20 "bikes" - repeat the series 3 times
  • stand astride, stretch your arms upwards, then do 30 bends with your left hand touching your right foot and vice versa - repeat the series 3 times
  • stand by the chair, put your hands on its back - make 10 sweeps sideways and backwards, first with your right leg, then your left one
  • After training, do a few slow stretching exercises - thanks to them you will avoid soreness.
