1 tablespoon of sunflower flowers in a pot, add 1/2 cup of warm water and simmer, covered, for 3 minutes. Then let it cool for 15 minutes and strain. Drink 1/2 cup in the morning and 2/3 cup in the evening 1 hour after eating as a temperature suppressant. It is advisable to add 2 tablespoons of raspberry syrup. The decoction without the addition of raspberry juice can be used externally in the form of compresses. You can also make compresses of wet, hot flowers for bruises and ecchymosis as well as in dermatitis and acne.
