To prepare the mixture we need:
- 1 glass of full-fat milk (preferably cow's, and "straight from the cow")
- 1 teaspoon of uns alted butter
- 1 teaspoon of honey (linden, honeydew, buckwheat, acacia or multiflorous honey)
- for the brave: 3 cloves of garlic
Preparation : Pour the milk into a pot and heat it up. We add butter and honey, and the brave - peeled and finely chopped or grated garlic. Then make sure that the liquid does not get hotter than to a temperature of about 50 degrees. If we don't have a thermometer, it's hard! We just have to make sure that the liquid does not boil, because its ingredients, especially honey, may lose their properties. We heat the mixture until all the ingredients are dissolved in it.
