The fact is that, from the point of view of a woman's ideal cycle, the infertile days fall out during menstruation. Unfortunately, such a regulated cycle rarely occurs in women. With very short cycles (less than 26 days), fertile days may occur soon after menstruation, and it is important to know that sperm can survive in a woman's body for several days. Besides, there is always the possibility of postponing ovulation.

It is obvious that a greater risk of conception will occur during sexual intercourse on the other days of the month, but the risk of pregnancy during the period cannot be definitively ruled out.
