For several years I have been struggling with inflammation of the skin, nose and area. The nose is full of open blackheads, it is oily and shiny, and where these blackheads are, there is red inflammation, there are also cracked blood vessels - after washing the face, the skin shines and is even redder. There is folliculitis on the back and nape from time to time, not much, but there is. The problem appeared a few years ago, I was at the dermatologist who diagnosed seborrheic dermatitis (PsA), I received Protopic, which did not help, but it stung. I have used Tormentiol ointment for a couple of years, which relieved the redness and itching a little, but did not cure it. Recently I visited the same dermatologist again and prescribed me Finacea ointment. This ointment also caused stinging and the spots turned even redder, so I stopped the treatment after a few days. I have been using Effaclar Duo + for several months, but also without any effects. I did a live blood drop test which showed that I had an acidified body, uric acid crystals, candida and some bacteria. I don't have dandruff anymore since using Head & Shoulders, but after a whole day my hair is greasy and has a specific smell. The skin on the nose is oversensitive, turning it red when touched. I am asking for your opinion and any advice on what it can be and how to treat it? Is it candida or chronic inflammation? Maybe because of this bacteria?

Based on your description, it seems that the skin problem in this case is very complex. The differential diagnosis should include, inter alia, seborrheic dermatitis coexisting with rosacea or acne vulgaris and contact hypersensitivity of the skin. Without a medical examination, it is not possible to make a clear diagnosis.
