After having my baby, my headaches got worse, usually around my period. It starts with a pain in the left temple, then covers the back of the head. I am annoyed by noise, loud sounds. The pain is so intense it makes me sick. It usually takes 2-3 days. Sleeping usually helps, but when I get up in the morning the same pain starts again. Thus, such a pain attack occurs most often once a month, sometimes twice (low blood pressure, stress). Before pregnancy, I also had headaches, but I don't remember them being that strong.

Migraine often arises from a variety of stimuli, such as stress, exercise, smelling certain smells, consuming certain foods or alcohol, and just before or at the beginning of your period.

It is worth going to a neurologist for consultation - there are currently effective anti-migraine drugs that are taken to stop an attack or preventively. Medicines are available only on prescription, therefore, to determine what type of treatment in your case will be the best, you need to consult a doctor's office.
