2. Biochemical and immunochemical tests in blood serum:sodium; potassium; total calcium; iron; transferrin concentration; urea; creatinine; glucose; glucose load test; total protein; proteinogram; albumin; C-reactive protein (CRP); uric acid; total cholesterol; cholesterol-HDL; cholesterol-LDL; triglycerides (TG); total bilirubin; direct bilirubin; alkaline phosphatase (ALP); aspartate aminotransferase (AST); alanine aminotransferase (ALT); gammaglutamyltranspeptidase (GGTP); amylase; creatine kinase (CK); total acid phosphatase (ACP); rheumatoid factor (RF); antistreptolysin O (ASO) titer; thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH); HBs-AgHBs antigen; VDRL.

Services of a primary care physician are provided under the following conditions:

1. the service provider ensures the availability of the services of a primary care physician in the place where they are provided, from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., excluding public holidays, in accordance with the service provider's work schedule;

2. in the branches of the service provider it is allowed to ensure the availability of services of a primary care physician on selected days and hours, in accordance with the schedule of the branch's work, in a period shorter than from 8.00 to 18.00, if during these hours the recipients are provided with guaranteed services in another place that is an organizational unit this service provider;

3. in cases justified by the he alth condition of the recipient, the service of a primary care physician is provided on the day of reporting, in accordance with the service provider's work schedule;

4. in order to carry out diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and procedures during the provided medical advice and those resulting from the provided advice and obligatory protective vaccinations resulting from the tasks of a primary care physician, the service provider ensures the operation of the treatment room from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays , including a vaccination point available at least once a week, also after 3 p.m.
