The trees will stimulate or calm you down. They will facilitate meditation and relieve stress. They will support the treatment. Admire their beauty, drink infusions of bark and leaves. Or just hug them. Because it's worth it.
Roman Sajewicz, 34-year-old screenwriter and traveler, loves linden trees. - They strengthen me, protect me and inspire me to create - he admits. He discovered it by accident, while on vacation with his grandmother, who has a house with a garden near Zamość. - I was writing a script for an advertising film. But I was at a standstill and I could think of worse and worse ideas. I was close to a breakdown, because I had to finish the work within a few days - he recalls. His parents and wife urged him to go to the countryside. He agreed for the peace of mind. He took the computer with him and as soon as they reached the grandma's garden full oftrees , he put it up underlinden . - I had no intuition. It was pure coincidence. Back then, I didn't even notice that this particular tree was growing above me. It was just in this place that my grandfather put a table - he says. - After a few hours, I felt relaxed, followed by a gradual surge ofenergy . I started writing. Lightly, as if some blockage had disappeared. Not only that, I threw away what I had created so far and developed a new idea. I was sitting under that linden tree and I didn't want to move from there. Grandma was happy. She only brought me more portions of apple pie - she adds.
The employer liked the project, and since then Roman has been drinking linden teas on a regular basis. Whenever he can, he rests in the shade of a linden tree, he even bought himself a tapestry with his image and hung it in the hall. - It turned out that, astrologically, linden is my type of tree. Before, I thought it was pure nonsense from women's magazines, she says. But now he admits that he started reading about the healing energy of trees. - It may sound funny, but I believe that linden gives me strength - he assures.
Energy of trees
- There are people who stroke trees, talk to them, hug them. I prefer to lean against them or just sit in their shadow. One thing is important: to be nearby. There are no trees that will hurt us. Each species has a positive effect on people - convinces Zofia Telesińska, president of the Polish Psychotronic Society.
Systematic energy supply to trees increases the body's immunity, improves well-being, restores optimism, and influences creative activity. It strengthens people, supports their development and gives them he alth. Each species has different properties, different energy. - Depending on this energy, trees cause different states in the human soul - explains Telesińska - just like decoctions, tinctures and syrups made from different trees affect various diseases.
The energy of trees has been used for a long time. In the past, people used to build temples in forests and groves, building altars under the sacred trees. Wedding tables were set up in the shade of the branches. Cradles with babies were hung on the trees so that the wind would rock the baby to sleep.
Choose only he althy trees
Although there are no bad trees, there are some that do not heal because they are sick themselves - warns Zofia Telesińska. - They grow on watercourses that radiate negative energy. They are easy to recognize: they are twisted, degenerated, withered, and have parasites such as mistletoe or hubs. I do not recommend hugging them, because we draw the negative energy of the watercourse, and strengthen it at that - adds the dowser.
So let's look around where the tree we want to hug grows. There should be no transformers or electric traction nearby, for example. And let's not bring sick trees home. Dried trees are dead, they do not have an energetic effect - also wooden ornaments, e.g. paneling. Some people keep varnished tree roots or parasites at home, e.g. hubs, make bark bags for themselves or collect twigs and put them to their temples when their head hurts. If not, it is a sign that you should get rid of these tree fragments in your home. We can hurt ourselves - explains Telesińska.
She used to clean the apartment from the harmful influence of watercourses. - As soon as I entered I felt bad energy, stronger than in the case of normal watercourses - says the dowser. She looked around to find anything emitting these signals. Then she saw a cat scratching a birch trunk in the corner with its claws. - It destroys our furniture, we wanted it to have an original toy. Besides, we like birch trees, we heard that they are healing - explained the hosts. Zofia Telesińska checked the birch stump with the radiesthetic method and had it removed from the house immediately. - That tree was dying before they brought it to the apartment. It must have grown on a watercourse, he explains. It was it that emitted bad energy, so much so that the hosts got sick. It turned out that birch grew on their plot. Suddenly it began to dry. Then they cut her down and brought her home. - After its removal, the apartment became energetically clean - emphasizes Telesińska.
So when we are going to use the energy of the tree, let's check carefully whether it is he althy. Notlet's hug the sick, let alone the dying one. Only living trees have energy values. Conifers are alive all year round, deciduous only from spring to autumn.
How to check if they work well for us? - The first moment of energy consumption is what counts - explains Zofia Telesińska. - If we feel relaxed, happy or just pleasant - let's continue the therapy. However, if we experience too much energy flow or a headache, move elsewhere.

Tree meditation
- Put both hands on the tree trunkor cover them with your whole body. You can also lean your back against it or sit at its foot.
- In your mind, turn to the tree and ask for specific help.
- Close your eyes and listen to your breathing for a moment.
- Be quiet, try not to think about anything. Imagine that you become one with the tree. Feel the touch of the bark on your back, feel it penetrating inward and flowing up the trunk with the juices. Become the crown of the tree. Imagine your hands like branches unfolding in all directions, reaching for the sky, and your feet growing up like roots in search of water.
- Try to feel the warmth of the sun's rays on your face, and a moment later raindrops running down your cheeks.
- Feel the wind tugging at your hands and hair or caressing your shoulders. Feel the softness of the earth hugging your feet. Let all the elements find their place in your thoughts and try to receive their gifts with gratitude.
- All the time you meditate, remember what kind of tree you are. You need to see the shape of your leaves or pins. See fruit or cones swinging on your branches. They can also be flowers.
- Once you identify with the tree, let the rainbow light flow to the top of your crown. Feel how it penetrates inside, how it flows over your body, over all the branches and leaves, and nourishes your every cell. Enjoy this state of bliss and strength as long as you like.
- Slowly retreat into the trunk, run down slightly to the point where, penetrating the bark, you will return to your human body and feel the tree behind your back.
- Thank the tree for everything you have received. Listen to your breathing for a moment longer, then open your eyes.
- You can sit in this place for a while. Think about how you feel, if your body has grown stronger and your mind has become relaxed.
