Ingredients
• 2 cups of viburnum fruit
• 0.5 l of 96% spirit
• 0.5 l of vodka
• 0.5 l of honey
Step by step recipe
1. Rinse the fruit, drain well, pour in alcohol.
2. Place in a warm and dark place.
3. After 2 weeks, drain the alcohol. Fruitsqueeze, add liquid honey to the juice (heat it for a while in a water bath).
4. Combine with alcohol and set aside for a week.
5. Filter a few times, pour into bottles.
6. The tincture should mature for approx.half a year .
Due to the content of poisonous saponins for our body, the fruits of the viburnum must be frozen first - this way they will lose their natural bitterness and will not cause food poisoning.
