Recipe for thyme tincture
Pour 1/2 liter of vodka over a glass of dried thyme herb and the same amount of dry red wine. Add 250 g of rapeseed honey and set aside for 4 weeks, shaking every few days. Drain. How to use: pij 1-2 times a day for a spoon. When: recommended in respiratory tract rhinitis and inflammation of the kidneys. Helpful in food poisoning.
Recipe for sparkling tincture
50g dry angelica root pour 1/4 l of vodka and the same amount of spirit. Set aside for 2 weeks, remembering to shake it daily. Drain. How to use: half a teaspoon before or after eating. When: the tincture increases the appetite, improves digestion, eliminates flatulence and abdominal pain. Note: the tincture increases the sensitivity of the skin to the sun's rays, therefore people using it should not sunbathe!
Raspberry tincture recipe
1 liter of real raspberry juice (not syrup!) Mixed with 1/2 liter of spirit and the same amount of gin, e.g. from Lubuskie. Add 400 g of acacia honey, mix and set aside for a month. How to use: 2-3 tablespoons of the tincture mix in a glass of linden or elderflower inflorescence. When: it is an excellent diaphoretic, effective in flu, angina, fever.
Recipe for horsetail tincture
50 g of dried horsetail herb pour 1/4 l of spirit and set aside for a week. How to use: pij (without filtering) twice a day, 15 drops of tincture in a glass of water or nettle infusion When: tincture strengthens the hair, improves the condition of nails, prevents bleeding and makes the walls of blood vessels more flexible.
Recipe for caraway tincture
100 g of ground cumin seeds pour 1 liter of vodka and set aside in a warm place for a month. Drain and add honey in an amount suitable for your owntaste, but it is good for the tincture to be semi-dry rather than sweet. After that, the mixture should mature for at least a quarter, but it is best if it matures for up to a year. How to use: pij three times a day a tablespoon of the tincture mixed with a little lukewarm water. When: use in digestive disorders, abdominal pain and other digestive system ailments. Especially recommended for people prone to flatulence and painful intestinal cramps.
Recipe for garlic tincture
150g cloves of freed garlic cloves, grate and pour 1/2 liter of vodka. Set aside for a week in a dark place, remembering to shake the bottle once a day. After this time, pass through a dense strainer or tetrapack diaper. How to use: start the treatment with 5-7 drops taken 2-3 times a day, reaching 25-30 drops over time, which, however, depends on the individual tolerance to the tincture (and garlic). It is best to take the tincture with milk or kefir and a little honey. When: it is an extremely versatile tincture. It can be used by both frequently ill and weakened people, suffering from rheumatism or inflammation of the respiratory tract. In addition, the tincture cleanses the body, has an antiatherosclerotic and detoxifying effect. It should be used especially by people at risk of heart attacks and neoplastic diseases.
Recipe for winter tincture
2 tablespoons of gingerbread spice pour 1/2 liter of dry white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a thermos flask and set aside for 24 hours. Drain (note, some sediment may remain in the tincture) and add a glass of linden honey and 1/2 l of rum. Set aside for two weeks. How to use: pour the tincture to a glass of drinking tea after a spoonful. When: for people who suffer from freezing hands and feet.
