Dandelion syrup recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk flowers
- 2 lemons
- 1 liter of water
- 1 kg of sugar
Preparation: put the dandelion flowers in a pot, pour cold water over it and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then put the pot in a cool place overnight.
After 24 hours, strain the stock through a sieve and add lemon juice and sugar to it. Mix everything and cook over low heat until you get the consistency of pouring honey (about 2 hours).
