See the green leaves surrounding them. Then put the flower away in your imagination and let it disappear among others. Or maybe you prefer to be on a beach, on the shores of a warm sea. You lie on hot sand, your body is warmed by the sun. Palm trees rustle next to it, and the waves gently wash your feet. Feel the hot rays massage your body - starting from the feet, through the legs, back, abdomen, hands, to the scalp. The more detailed you visualize this massage, the better your body will relax and your mind will rest from everyday problems.
