  • has 2nd degree cardiac insufficiency or suffers from left ventricular dysfunction,
  • has anatomical defects of the penis,
  • is being treated with ritonavir or is taking sympathetic drugs.

The drug should be taken at least one hour before the planned sexual intercourse, but taking it during a meal, the waiting time for the body's reaction may be longer than in the situation when the sildenafil tablet is swallowed on an empty stomach.
