I'm after 2 miscarriages, the last one was in October 2016. I got an anti-D shot because I have ABrh-. I also have hypothyroidism and take Eutyrox N25. I live in the UK and the doctors here did not find the cause of the miscarriage. Now I'm pregnant again. What should I do? What is the chance that I will have a miscarriage again? I am asking for help.
First of all, please do a TSH level test - during pregnancy, the level should be below 2. If the causes of miscarriage have been excluded, including infections, uterine defects, or hormonal disorders, random genetic errors were probably the cause of the miscarriage. Unfortunately, with each subsequent miscarriage, the risk that the next pregnancy will not be successful also increases, but this is not always the case. If you have a he althy hormone balance, you get pregnant naturally, then there is no reason to administer drugs to maintain the pregnancy. Please remember to substitute with folic acid, iodine and vitamin D3. It is also advisable to have a he althy lifestyle and reduce stress. I wish you all the best. Regards
