I have a question regarding early miscarriage around 4tc. I was pregnant around 4 tc, I did both a urine test and a blood test of 417 units, I also saw a gynecologist, but the ultrasound examination showed no pregnancy. A few days after the blood test, I visited the gynecologist again, but the ultrasound still showed nothing. The doctor told me to come in 4 days. I couldn't stand it and did the blood test again. BHCG unfortunately dropped to 180 units. I called the doctor, the doctor said he suspected it, unfortunately the pregnancy was not progressing. I also asked if I should come for a visit. The doctor did not order. But I didn't have any spotting or bleeding or severe pain. After a few more days, I had a sort of menstrual period, although it was short and less heavy than usual. My question is, shouldn't I have a curettage treatment? Can I apply for a child again? Please help. Today I was supposed to have an appointment with the gynecologist, but it was canceled because the doctor fell ill.
Beta hCG test should be performed again. If the test shows a lack of this hormone, uterine curettage should not be performed. I advise you to plan your next pregnancy in a few months.
