I need a contrast tomography to check if I have recurrent cancer. Unfortunately, it turned out that my TSH was lowered. Maybe it is possible to somehow increase TSH or protect the body against contrast?

Please consult your doctor directly. You have not written the concentration of the TSH hormone. Hypothyroidism is generally not a contraindication to the administration of contrast. The main contraindication to administering contrast with iodine is hyperthyroidism. So maybe you have no contraindications to perform a CT scan with contrast.
