In the 32nd week of pregnancy you may suffer from hunger pangs at night. In order not to empty the fridge at night, it is worth having a dinner rich in carbohydrates: pasta, cereals, bread - thanks to this, the blood glucose level will be high, and you will not feel like snacking.
It is worth wearing liners to protect your underwear from getting wet. The uterus puts pressure on the bladder, so urine may appear on your underwear when you exercise or when your abdominal muscles suddenly tense, for example when you sneeze.
- Ailments in pregnancy: typical or disturbing?
You may have a lot of problems with balance now, as your growing belly has changed the center of gravity of your body. So better avoid activities that could make you fall over (e.g. running up to the bus).
The skin may be dry now due to fluctuating hormone levels. So you may feel itchy. However, if it is very severe, see your doctor for an assessment of whether the pruritus is caused by intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy.
