- Has gambling ever made your home life miserable?
- Does gambling affect your reputation?
- Have you ever felt remorse after gambling?
- Have you ever gambled to get money to pay your debts or to
solve your financial difficulties? - Does gambling diminish your ambition or effectiveness?
- After losing, do you feel you have to come back as soon as possible and make up for your
losses? - After winning, do you have a strong desire to come back and win more?
- Did you gamble a lot until you lost your last penny?
- Have you ever borrowed anything to finance your gambling?
- Have you ever sold anything to finance a gamble?
- Were you reluctant to use "gambling money" for normal expenses?
- Doing gambling makes you reckless about your own welfare or your
family? - Have you ever gambled longer than planned?
- Have you ever gambled to escape worry and trouble?
- Have you ever committed or considered committing an illegal act to
finance a gamble? - Does gambling make you have trouble sleeping?
- Do arguments, disappointments or frustrations create within you an urge to
gamble? - Have you ever had the impulse to celebrate some good fortune by
gambling for a few hours? - Have you ever considered self-destruction or suicide as a result of
of your gambling?
