Note:It is not recommended to use herbs for more than 4 weeks, because it may cause side effects: diarrhea, dizziness, hot flushes, vomiting, heart tachycardia and others. If the symptoms persist, stop using the potions and consult a doctor who will prescribe appropriate tests.
Spices to aid digestion
If you suffer from gas, eat slowly, focusing on your meal. Worried about other activities, such as reading the newspaper, we do not chew our food well.
