Make a spout by sticking your lips forward. Then spread them like a fish without opening your mouth. Repeat 15 times.

Take turns pronouncing the vowels a, e, i, o, u, y out loud as possible while opening your mouth. Take your time, accuracy matters. Repeat the entire sequence 5-6 times.

Side to side

Close your mouth and pout a little. Move the spout from side to side 10 times.

Mute

Suck your lips inwards and place them between your teeth so that they are no longer visible. Then relax. Repeat 15 times.

Biting

Bite the lower lip twice with the upper teeth and then the upper lip with the lower teeth. Repeat the exercise 5 times.
