In this way, twerking has permanently entered pop culture and has become one of the most recognizable dance styles in the world.

There are several versions of twerking. The basic one is to rhythmically move your bottom back and forth. You can learn it in 3 easy steps:

  1. Move to the squat position. The squat should not be too deep (the angle between the thigh and calf should not be less than 90 degrees). Make sure your knees do not protrude in front of your toes. Place your legs wider than shoulder width apart, and place your toes outward. Place your hands on your hips. This position should give you a sense of stability and help you maintain proper balance.
  2. Tilt your buttocks back as far as possible - as if you wanted to sit on a chair. upperthe body part should be stationary, the back straight and the eyes directed straight ahead.
