I'm 15 years old. In 2.5 months I lost 12 kg (my height: 164 cm; starting weight: 60 kg; final weight: 48 kg). My diet was terrible as I ate about 400 kcal a day. I did not maintain the weight and as a result I weigh 60 kg again. I was at the doctor recently, he told me to do a blood test. It turned out that I have anemia. Could I lose weight again? Of course, my diet would be completely different now.
Your he alth is the most important thing these days. Anemia occurs when you do not provide the body with the right amount of ingredients, mainly iron, zinc, folic acid, B vitamins.
At this point, your diet should not be deficient, both in terms of energy and quality. You should pay attention to the proper consumption of products, i.e. meat, wholemeal products, green vegetables.
Unfortunately, I don't know your Fe and ferritin levels in your blood and whether your doctor recommended supplementation. In my opinion, you should refrain from a strictly slimming diet, and for now implement the principles of he althy eating. Regular, small and frequent meals, high nutritional density and low calorie foods are likely to bring a slight systematic weight loss anyway.
I would recommend going to a dietitian who will explain the correct diet and adapt it to your current needs.
