Zalupek is a disease that occurs only in men, as it affects the penis. And only in uncircumcised men. It consists in the inability to bring the foreskin back onto the glans.

If this does not work, it is necessary to incision the skin of the foreskin under infiltration anesthesia (it involves the exclusion of nerve endings and fibers by injecting the selected site with numerous punctures. Mainly procaine and lidocaine are used). To prevent the condition from recurring, phimosis surgery is recommended next.

Important

In order to avoid the parapostrum, it is important to properly deal with the foreskin, i.e. return the foreskin to the glans: after urinating, bathing, intercourse, and masturbating.
