Do not lie down or bend over for 3 hours after eating. After a meal, reduce heavy physical work that requires bending down, and avoid tight clothing. Eat fruit and juices at least 30 minutes before a meal, this is how long it takes for them to digest.
Of course, remove those foods that trigger heartburn from the menu. These are mainly fried, fatty, spicy and sour foods. You should, unfortunately, give up chocolate and other sweets. Exclude (Immediately!)smoking, drinking strong coffee and tea, coca-cola and carbonated drinks, i.e. those that stimulate the secretion of acidic gastric juice. Avoid raw onions, garlic, and radishes.

1.weak tea with milk (lean, maximum 1.5%, because more fat can have the opposite effect)
2 .weak tea with lemon, which neutralizes hydrochloric acid, or with the addition of ginger

When heartburn is a common occurrence
If you have heartburn for more than 3 weeks, be sure to see a doctor. It is a signal of a disease in the stomach and esophagus that can damage these organs sooner or later. Prolonged heartburn can also lead to gastric and duodenal ulcer disease. The doctor will probably order you to perform an endoscopic examination (in chronic forms it can find erosions and ulcerations) and X-ray examinations with the use of barite pulp (with squeezing the contents of the stomach into the esophagus).You must do it
