  • 1/2 packages of arugula
  • 20 grams of blue cheese, e.g. gorgonzola
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • s alt
  • sugar

If it is unwashed, wash the rocket, drain it thoroughly. Slice the tomatoes. Mix the lemon juice with a large pinch of s alt and sugar until they dissolve. While stirring, pour in the olive oil. In a salad bowl, combine the rocket, cherry tomatoes and crushed cheese. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad.
