Semen collection is not painful.

  • oligozoospermia - reduced sperm count in the ejaculate, i.e. a single dose of sperm during ejaculation ( <20 mln/ml)
  • asthenozoospermia - abnormal sperm motility ( <50% plemników klasy A i B lub <25% klasy A)
  • teratozoospermia - abnormal sperm structure ( <30% prawidłowo zbudowanych)
  • azoospermia - no sperm in the ejaculate
  • hypospermia - lack of the proper ejaculate volume, i.e. at least 2.0 ml
  • aspermia - no ejaculate

Sperm examination detects inflammation of the male reproductive organs

Wsemen testit is also possible to detect inflammation of the male reproductive organs, as evidenced by the presence of leukocytes (white blood cells) and the diagnosis of an autoimmune disease (more than 20% of sperm are covered with antibodies anti-sperm). If the semen test is abnormal, it should be repeated after about 3 months. In the case of recurrent anomalies, further specialist diagnosis is necessary (e.g. functional and contact tests, hormonal tests, testicular biopsy) and treatment under the supervision of an andrologist
