- orgasm with no intercourse, no masturbation, no dreams
- The strongest orgasm since … lifting weights
- What about orgasms without intercourse in men?
You only associate orgasm with sex? How about the fact that you can peak by performing certain physical activities, e.g. doing yoga, cycling or hiking in the mountains?
Orgasm without intercourse? Yes, it turns out that climaxing wasn't necessarily related to sex. Research shows that you can also have it, for example, while climbing! It would seem that the matter is obvious. Orgasm is clearly defined by experts in the subject as the culminating phase of sexual excitement, combined with the sensation of pleasure and somatic reactions (ejaculation in men, pulsation and contractions of the vagina in women, dilation of the pupils, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, contractions of various parts of the body). And although the types of orgasms, according to sexologists, can be many, they have one thing in common: they are related to sex. At least that's what was thought so far.
But here are reports that completely contradict this truth. And orgasm, which sounds unbelievable, does not have to be associated only with sex! For example, you can have it without difficulty by performing certain physical activities, e.g. practicing yoga or hiking in the mountains. This is according to Dr. Debby Herbenick, researcher of female sexuality at the Indiana University Sexual He alth Center. And she claims with good reason, because her theory is based on studies of approx. 500 women.
orgasm with no intercourse, no masturbation, no dreams
Dr. Herbenick believes that you can come to orgasm without sexual intercourse, without masturbation, even without sexual fantasies. Certain physical exercises, certain types of physical activity, are enough for a woman to climax. And it is not about the kind of exercises that are aimed at strengthening the muscles that promote better libido and faster reaching the top. Because these, known as exercises that stimulate the Kegel muscles, work only in the pelvic area, and more precisely in the vagina. On the other hand, some kind of physical activity stimulates the deep muscles of the entire torso - and this is where "the dog is buried". In other words, orgasm can be achieved not only by stimulating areas that have so far been considered merely orgasmic, but also by stimulating other areas known as "core abdominal muscles".
The mechanism of reaching orgasm on this unusual path seems to besimple: a certain activity sets certain muscles in the body in motion, thereby activating receptors that lead to those centers in the brain that are responsible for inducing pleasure. No sexual stimulation, no contact with the other person, without everything that is associated with sex, but with all possible sexual responses.
The strongest orgasm since … lifting weights
The greatest sexual pleasure was achieved by women while exercising with weights. In this case, over 30 percent. ladies stated that they had a wonderful, uncontrolled orgasm, not even preceded by any erotic thought. 20 percent women experienced pleasure during yoga exercises, 16 percent while cycling, 13 percent. while running, and 10 percent. while hiking in the mountains.
It is interesting that the activity which, due to its nature, could be associated with orgasm a bit more than others (e.g. belly dancing), was not at the first place of orgasmic stimulators. Perhaps, says Dr. Herbenick, there are still many points in the female body related to pleasure centers in the brain that we do not know about.
The orgasms experienced by the women examined by the American doctor, in addition, were not one-off! Some of the women have had multiple orgasms of up to 10 orgasms!
Ladies aged 18-63 participated in the study. Most were in long-term relationships.
What about orgasms without intercourse in men?
It is not yet known whether men can also enjoy this pleasure. Dr. Herbenick therefore announces further research. However, he believes it is possible. But what next? So will we not need a partner to reach the top? "It's not like that," says Dr. Herbenick. - We will always need tenderness, closeness to another human being, his touch. The orgasm achieved outside of the sexual act will definitely be useful when we want to relax, unwind, and the other person will not be there. Besides, this kind of orgasm is not only sexual, but you have to look at it as one of the ways to live a he althy life.
