However, even bacon in terms of calorific value is even better than lard, having 797 kcal. There are definitely fewer of them in cooked pork - 362 kcal.

White turkey meat with skin is less caloric - 100 kcal and turkey fillet - 84 kcal. Similarly with skinless chicken meat - 114 kcal, while a 120-gram chicken leg has 150 kilocalories. We will also not eat many calories if we reach for beef cutlets - 103 kcal or smoked pork - 136 kcal.

How many calories do cold cuts and sausages have?

If you are a salami lover, you have to accept the fact that this is one of the most caloric sausages - it has 568 kcal. A bite of, for example, 100 grams of kabanos at work is associated with an additional 326 kilocalories. It is even worse in the case of liver sausage with 384 kcal, but much better with Krakowska sausage - 168 kcal, ham sausage - 154 kcal and ordinary sausage - 209 kcal.
