Physiotherapy should play a huge role in the treatment of MS patients from the moment the disease is diagnosed. Of course, it is best if the patient is under the constant care of a physiotherapist. However, there are also some exercises that the patient can and should do independently at home.

Physiotherapy exercises recommended in multiple sclerosisare designed to help the patient stay in good shape for as long as possible. If physiotherapy has not been started immediately after delivery, they can restore efficiency at least partially. However, they always increase the quality of life and improve both physical and mental condition. Here are some exercises that the patient can do alone.
