Grape juice is made in early autumn, when good bunches of grapes are already ripe on the bush. Usually there are so many of them that it is difficult to eat them all, so making juice from them is a very good idea. Grape juice is made quickly and easily.
Grape juiceis relatively rare on our tables, which is a pity, because it is very easy to make, has numerous healing properties and - most importantly - a great taste and aroma. Unlike wine, it can be served to both children and adults.

Grape juice from the juicer can be prepared very simply. Just follow the recipe below:
Grape juice ingredients:
- 5 kg of grapes
- 1/2 kg of sugar
Grape juice - preparation
- The grapes should be washed thoroughly (it is best to soak them for a while in a bowl of water, and then wash them thoroughly in a shower with an aerator - then we can be sure that the pressurized water will wipe away most of the dirt).
- Then separate the fruit from the twigs, while getting rid of those that are dry or damaged.
- Put the fruit into the juicer and steam it for about an hour, until they release the juice.
- Pour the juice into a large pot, add the sugar and cook for about 15 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved (stir the juice once in a while).
- Pour the juice into washed and - preferably - scalded jars or bottles. Leave them to cool, and then move them to a cool and dry place.
