I am after the operation of removing the L5-S1 disk. The L4-L5 disk is still extended towards the rear and the L5 hatch is not bonded. Now I am 5 months pregnant. I live overseas now, where doctors insist I can give birth naturally, and I've heard that more discs may fall out while pushing. What is the best solution for me and my child? Are there any exercises I can do during pregnancy to strengthen my spine and minimize the pain?
Opinions are rather divided, but in my opinion natural delivery is possible. Maybe it is worth considering an epidural anesthesia? Arch failure is a congenital defect of virtually no clinical significance. Rather, I propose to use exercises that are recommended for pregnant women "in birthing schools". You can also, of course, constantly perform a gentle set of exercises to strengthen your back muscles. When it comes to ready-made sets, I can't help - I'm not a physiotherapist. Maybe you will find something on the Internet.
