The cucumber salad with cream has the most calories and it is characterized by the highest content of saturated fat. On the other hand, a cucumber salad with yoghurt and cream contains more calcium and vitamin A compared to a cucumber salad with vinegar.

To prepare cucumbers with vinegar, you will need: peeled and diced cucumbers, diced onion, vinegar, olive oil, s alt, sugar or honey and chopped dill. Mix the cucumbers and onions with s alt and leave them to release the juice.

In the meantime, a sauce of olive oil, vinegar and honey is prepared, which is then added to the previously prepared cucumbers and onions. The whole thing is mixed and - depending on your preferences - you can add chopped dill.

Sweet Mizeria

Sweet cucumber salad is a cucumber salad with cream and sugar. Cucumbers, as in the case of the classic sour cream salad, are peeled and sliced.

Next, it is s alted with a small amount of s alt, left to release the water, which must be squeezed out. Sour cream is mixed with sugar, added to cucumbers, mixed and sprinkled with chopped dill. In addition to sugar, you can also add lemon juice, vinegar or sweet pepper to the cream.

Mizeria in jars, for the winter

The cucumber salad can be jars and you can enjoy it all winter long after adding yoghurt, cream or kefir. You will need green cucumbers, vinegar, sugar, s alt, pepper, possibly rapeseed oil, and dill.

Peel the cucumbers, season with s alt and pepper, add vinegar and sugar, stir and leave until they release the juice.

Then put the cucumbers prepared in this way into jars and pasteurize. You can also prepare a marinade of vinegar, oil, sugar, s alt and pepper.

The cucumber salad can also be prepared with cucumbers with the skin and without the addition of vinegar. Then s alt and sugar are added to the cucumbers, and left aside for a few hours for the cucumbers to release their juice.

Oil is then added, put into jars and pasteurized.
