In the process of slimming, it is important to achieve a negative energy balance, i.e. to spend more energy (e.g. through physical activity) than to take with food. I do not recommend doing exercises on an empty stomach (except for morning exercises). The effort aimed at burning fat must last a long time (more than 20 minutes), regularity is also important, not too high intensity.
