What kind of exercise would help me get my body up in these places?
At this age, there is no need to worry about the appearance of your body, as it is not final yet. The thing about adolescence is that young boys want to be more masculine, but the sooner they get older, the faster they age. There is no need to force mother nature, who has programmed exactly how we should look like. Of course, it is worth exercising, practicing movement, whatever, simply what we enjoy, will certainly have a positive effect on the harmony of our body. It is not worth worrying about how we look at the age of 13, 14 or 15 - it will change soon … you have to enjoy the way it is, and the world is beautiful when you are teen:)
