I am 23 years old, my height 177 and my weight 86. I have been doing sports for many years and my weight was 78 kg. Later, I had a 2-year break and the body felt it a lot with the weight jump. Now I'm back in the sport again, but the weight doesn't change. I feel bad about it and I would like to go back to my previous figure. How do I do this?

You have to be patient, we usually gain weight quickly, but getting rid of unnecessary kilograms is not so easy. There must certainly be a negative energy balance, i.e. you have to waste more energy than you consume with food. Sometimes it is not enough to include a little exercise in your lifestyle, you also have to think about a he althy diet, not necessarily reducing (slimming), just he althy. Maybe it is enough to eat less for dinner, or eat it at the right time, I don't know your eating habits, but maybe it is worth paying attention to them, since increased physical activity does not produce the desired effects.
