I am 4 months after giving birth and have a stomach left. I don't know how to lose it …

It is worth following the principles of he althy eating and increasing physical activity. I recommend swimming or water aerobics and abdominal exercises that can be done with your baby at home. It is enough to sit on the floor, hook your feet to the wardrobe or bed (bend your legs at the knees), put the child on your thighs so that the head and back have a stable support, then, holding them by the handles, just lean back slightly, so that muscle tension appears, hold it for about 6 seconds, then go back to sitting down. You should do this exercise 2-3 times a day for about 10 minutes, remembering to breathe. For people who are physically fit, I recommend the same exercise with holding the child in your hands all the time.
