Ride a bike to work to be beautiful and happy
According to WHO recommendations, people over 18 years of age should spend 150 minutes a week, i.e. about 20 minutes a day, for physical activity. Meanwhile, it is enough to play sports (e.g. cycling) just 10 minutes more (i.e. 30 minutes) for the brain to start producing endorphins, known as happiness hormones, which improve mood. It is also worth noting that happy people are much better at dealing with unexpected life challenges.
What's more, during exercise, your body releases dopamine, called the hormone of motivation, and serotonin, which improves your mood and gives you energy. As a result, just a moment of movement in the morning can make us happier and less nervous for the next 24 hours. And as you know - beauty anger is bad.
But that's not all - an hour of vigorous cycling allows you to burn about 500 calories, thanks to which, after a few weeks of traveling by bike to and from work, we will be able to boast a slimmer figure. We can also notice the difference in the condition of the skin. When we are on the move, the blood transports more nutrients and oxygen, and thus the cells of the face are better nourished and oxidized, thanks to which it acquires a he althy color and glow - advises Joanna Zmokła from Benefit Systems. It is also worth adding that the effort associated with riding a bike has a beneficial effect on the production of collagen, which protects against wrinkles.

A city bike instead of a car can be a good choice, especially for office workers. As many as 51% of Poles believe that commuting to work by car reduces efficiency, according to research conducted by the Opinion Research Center (OBOAK). - bike to work slowly, come home faster;
- always have a change of clothes (including underwear) with you;
- ride in a T-shirt that drains sweat and neutralizes unpleasant odors;
- shower after arriving at work (this solution is poor for women for whom showering, makeup and hair styling can be too time-consuming and troublesome in the office).
