Sweet potato cream soup with turkey meatballs contains:

Ingredients:

  • Turkey, minced meat 150 g
  • Carrots - 1 item
  • Chives - 1 tablespoon
  • S alt, black pepper
  • Sweet potato - 1 item
  • Zucchini - 1 piece
  • Parsley, root - ½ art
  • Red onion - 1 piece
  • Vegetable broth - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Herbes de Provence, cayenne pepper

Preparation method:

  1. Wash the sweet potato and parsley, peel and dice them.
  2. Wash the zucchini and dice it.
  3. Peel the onion and cut it into eighths.
  4. Sweet potato, parsley, zucchini and onion drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Provencal herbs, cayenne pepper and s alt. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
  5. Wash the carrots, peel them and grate them.
