Ingredients:
- Millet, dry - 4 tablespoons
- Mozzarella "light" - 4 slices
- Tomato - 1 ½ art
- Eggplant - 2 slices
- Zucchini - 4 slices

- Garlic - 1 clove
- Tomato puree (passata) - ¼ cup
- Vegetable broth - ¼ cup
- Parsley, fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon

Preparation method:
- Toast the groats in a dry frying pan until it starts to emit a pleasant aroma. Then rinse it in cold water.
