Runmageddon - extreme and global
Runmageddon is the largest cyclical obstacle course in Poland and the most extreme in Europe. The struggles take place in several locations a year. Last year, nearly 79,000 people took part in 20 events, including 67,000 adults and 12,000 children. Eighteen editions took place in Poland, and two took place abroad as part of a new project, Runmageddon Global. The first of the foreign races started in March 2022 in the Sahara and the second in October in the Caucasus Mountains.
The specificity of this form of activity is primarily about having a good time, but it also allows you to test yourself. Thanks to the enormous physical and mental effort in which you overcome your weaknesses and only then your rivals, the participants get to know their maximum potential. They have various sections of the route with obstacle courses to cover - they climb, crawl, wade in the mud, jump, and aim with water and fire. There are four formulas to choose from - INTRO (3 km and 15+ obstacles), RECRUIT (6 km and 30+ obstacles), CLASSIC (12 km and 50+ obstacles) and HARDCORE (21 km and 70+ obstacles).
