These games are usually chosen by young and energetic people who like to spend their holidays actively. The game is so intense that you can quickly get rid of excess energy. The pace is imposed by the players themselves, so - when choosing teams - they should take into account their age and physical condition. It is a great form of exercise for people who have not exercised for a long time - joining every day for several minutes to play will quickly improve their form. Beach volleyball rules

  1. The object of the game is to smash the ball over the net to the opposite side until it touches the ground.
  2. The ball is always put into play by the server (and sent to the opponent).
  3. The ball can be hit with the hands, hands and the whole body.
  4. Two players can hit the ball simultaneously.
  5. Once the ball is tossed up, it must be passed to another player - the player has 5 seconds from the referee's whistle to complete the service.
  6. The team - before punching the ball over the net - is en titled to a maximum of 3 strokes.
  7. The set lasts until one of the teams scores 21 points (with a minimum difference of 2).
  8. The team with the 2-set advantage is the winner.
