Skalpel 2 by Ewa Chodakowskais a less known training than the first version of Skalpel, which the trainer herself says has been enjoying constant popularity among her fans for years. Both training programs are aimed at slimming the figure, but the exercises presented in them differ from each other - Skalpel 2 is based on exercises with a chair.

Skalpel 2 is a training for beginners, intermediate and those who have been practicing for a long time. Its task is to slim the figure and slim it, as well as strengthen the muscles. In Skalpel 2, Ewa Chodakowska presents exercises of high intensity, but easy to perform. The entire training session, including the warm-up, takes approximately 30 minutes. Each exercise is accompanied by a counter informing you how many repetitions you have already done.

Even before Ewa starts exercising, she sends a few motivational words to her fans. First of all, she emphasizes that Skalpel 2 should be treated as a form of relaxation.

Warm-up

Skalpel 2 starts with a warm-up, which the girls practicing with Chodakowska evaluate as calm and not tiring. It lasts 4.5 minutes, it consists of, among others jogging in place, swinging, circling the legs and arms.

Proper training

Scalpel 2 consists of 3 series, and in each of them we perform 3 or 4 exercises (3 when we need to change sides in a specific exercise), which we repeat 15 times.

First series

The first series is described by fans of Skalpel 2 as the easiest - especially for those who are advanced in exercise, it should not cause any problems. As in each of the rounds, this one also includes modifications of known exercises that we perform with the chair, including squats and planks are waiting for us.

For the best possibleeffects, exercise at least 3 times a week.

Second series

The second series of Skalpel 2 is definitely more difficult, it begins with an exercise considered by Chodakowska's fans to be the most demanding in the entire program - squatting on one leg and sitting on a chair. Later, we have another version of the plank and another exercise for the stomach.

Third series

In the third series, we find the lunges often used by the trainer, and apart from them, crunches and very demanding push-ups on the chair.

What effects can be expected from the Skalpel 2 exercise? First of all, a better condition and a slimmer figure - especially a slimmer belly and legs. The legs, as well as the arms, also become more sculpted. As Chodakowska herself points out, "after 10 trainings you will feel the difference, after 15 you will see it, and after 20 you will have a new body".
