1. Warm-up

3. Stop cellulite (training for thighs and buttocks)
The next training - for the thighs and buttocks, carried out on a mat without straining the joints, is less intense than HIT cardio, but it does not mean that it is not demanding. In this part of Ewa Chodakowska's Success, we also perform 10 30-second exercises in 3 series and we also don't have any time to rest.
We do the entire training on a mat: first lying on the side, then resting on the knees. During exercise, the buttocks (which "burn" long after training) and legs, as well as the deep abdominal and back muscles work especially intensively.
4. Flat belly
This part of Ewa Chodakowska's success is described by her fans as the easiest. This time the trainer proposes 5 exercises lasting 30 seconds each, which we are to perform in 2 series. First we practice lying on the back, then lying on the stomach, in the support and finally lying on the back again - the most varied combinations of crunches and boards (boards).
