Cocktail diet: rules
The cocktail diet lasts for 2 weeks. During its duration, observe the following rules:
- Do not eat fatty meats, cold cuts, smoked fish, sweets, semi-finished products with a lot of preservatives.
- Limit yourself to 2 cups of coffee and tea, give up alcohol and sugary drinks.
- Add cold-pressed oils (e.g. rapeseed oil, linseed oil) to salads (and vegetable cocktails!) - the omega-3 fatty acids contained in them perfectly neutralize toxins and cleanse the blood vessels.
- Drink a glass of smoothie before each meal. It is prepared every morning and divided into portions - see the recipes below.
- Start the treatment with the beetroot cocktail and drink it every other day, while inthe remaining days - carrot or tomato. When preparing the last two, you can use ready-made juices of high quality, without chemical preservatives.

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 lemon juice
- s alt
