The treatment so far does not help much, the daughter continues to cough from evening until morning. How can I help her?

in the case of Alternaria and other mold fungi they sensitize mainly spores, less often mycelium. The spores are 2 to 100 µm in diameter and their dimensions determine the depth at which they can penetrate the bronchial tree and thus trigger asthma. The spores are divided into "wet" - formed abundantly in rain and fog, and "dry", present when there is no rainfall. Their concentration is higher during the day. In the house, some of the mold comes from the outside (it gets in when airing the rooms or is brought on to clothes), and some develops inside the building, depending on the temperature and humidity, as well as mattresses, potted plants, animals and birds in the apartment. Development is favored by poor ventilation of rooms. The Danish Construction Research Institute recommends the following measures to reduce fungal growth: 1. longer ventilation (30 minutes twice a day). 2. not staying in unheated rooms 3. not drying clothes in rooms 4. careful care of the cleanliness of the rooms 5. good ventilation of the bathroom 6. limiting or abandoning the cultivation of potted plants. Careful adherence to these recommendations will reduce the spore concentration by up to ten times. I believe that you can make a big difference in improving your child's he alth by carefully following these guidelines.
