2. During the day- not at fixed times, but 30-60 minutes before the quest
The results of caffeine are felt faster by men than women, but generally coffee starts to "get on your feet" just 10 minutes after drinking. However, in order to stimulate the body to the maximum, it needs 30 to 60 minutes. So if, for example, you have an important meeting that requires concentration, concentration and energy, it will be at 15.00 - drink coffee around 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Don't grab a few sips of coffee just before the meeting, because caffeine won't work.
